ABOUT
We are a collaboration of experienced Waldorf Teachers, passionate about growing the Waldorf movement. We are offering a bespoke service to individuals who are seeking to inform their practise and develop their skills in teaching and in communication.
Waldorf Schools, also called Steiner/Waldorf Schools, are offering a unique holistic approach, unmatched by any other educational model. The Waldorf curriculum teaches the intellect and academic skills wrapped in a creative approach, which could be described as a social art form. Waldorf students will usually attend a normal state curriculum, enriched with lessons in movement, sports, music, orchestra, choir, gardening and farming, drama, painting, printing, sculpturing, woodwork, metalwork, basket making, knitting and forestry, just to name a few. Founding member Franziska Chalk
My path into Waldorf education began as a teenager in post‑reunification Eastern Germany, where I first encountered alternative education after decades of prohibition. Discovering Rudolf Steiner’s educational ideas shaped both my professional and personal life.
After qualifying as a Waldorf class teacher and working in Early Years, I taught for two decades in the UK and Germany as both a class and subject teacher. Alongside classroom teaching, I have been deeply involved in mentoring new teachers and supporting schools through collaboration and peer learning.
TeachWaldorf grew out of this experience. Through online coaching, practical guidance, and carefully developed resources, I support educators who are new to Waldorf education with lesson planning, classroom practice, developmental understanding, and artistic skills. Collaboration, experience, and inspiration are at the heart of my work.
